Gained transparency, saved time

Marketing in the building materials industry needs many advertising materials, extensive catalogs and sales documents. Trade partners must be supported and trade shows organized. The challenge is to make these projects efficient. How this succeeds with a modular MarTech solution is shown by the MMC project for FRÄNKISCHE Rohrwerke.

Trade show appearances
The family-owned company is present worldwide with 5,000 employees at 19 locations and produces pipes, accessories and system components made of metal and plastics. In the past, marketing in the BAU division was not process-oriented, and a lack of transparency often caused friction losses.
"Especially when organizing trade shows, we had been burned before — deadlines simply have to be met."

To work efficiently, FRÄNKISCHE Rohrwerke needed a digital solution for its marketing area in the BAU division for the consistent handling of advertising materials and trade show activities.
This allows the specialist for pipes, shafts and system components to implement more marketing measures in the same time and prepare for trade shows on schedule — even when colleagues are unexpectedly unavailable.

Three modules of the Marketing Management Cockpit (MMC) with needs-based functionality were implemented for FRÄNKISCHE. The focus of the application is on continuous production control, efficient collaboration in the marketing team via agile Kanban logic, and secure coordination and approval of marketing materials.
- Creative & Production Workflows
- Agile Project Management
- Review & Approval Center

With the modules “Creative & Production Workflows” and “Review & Approval Center”, FRÄNKISCHE can today organize the production of all print advertising materials much more efficiently. All stakeholders are automatically reminded by email to contribute their changes and comments to a central online PDF in time. Stakeholder teamwork works, and deadlines are met.
For FRÄNKISCHE Rohrwerke, industry trade shows are an important part of the marketing mix. These extensive projects are also managed on schedule, even when colleagues are unexpectedly unavailable. The reason is collaboration at eye level in the “Agile Project Management” module. Everyone on the team coordinates flexibly in Kanban boards and keeps project status, current workload and tasks in view.
Whether clear correction processes, parallel collaboration or central file management — MMC simplifies complex workflows and ensures more speed, transparency and certainty in the team. Discover the four most important benefits at a glance.
Efficient collaboration
Multiple users can comment on a draft at the same time
Real-time feedback
Everyone sees the others’ changes in real time
In parallel instead of sequentially
Contradictions between changes become visible immediately and can be resolved promptly
Seamless correction processes
Correction rounds are completed fully — nothing is forgotten

At NSPYR we simply feel best looked after, because they know what we are talking about and give concrete advice on how they or other companies have solved the same challenges. This wealth of experience in marketing is worth its weight in gold for us.

Especially when organizing trade shows, we need to act flexibly — and that is where the Agile Project Management module in MMC is ideal. We have built a basic structure with it that we adapt for every trade show. And again, the greatest benefit for us lies in transparency and the ability for colleagues to step in at any time.
In a survey, marketing employees repeatedly cite transparency and clarity as well as central storage as beneficial for their work.
With NSPYR we have a specialist at our side that also uses MMC itself and can show from its own experience how we can meaningfully simplify this ‘mess’ into a single workflow.
