Consultants who understand your processes.
The Marketing Management Cockpit brings structure to your processes. And a team that understands how marketing departments work. From rollout to ongoing support.
Good processes come out of dialogue
Whether approval processes, campaign planning or agency coordination: what looks similar on paper works differently in every organization. That is exactly where our consulting starts.
We listen, analyze your processes and set up the Marketing Management Cockpit so that it noticeably simplifies your working day. Not by a fixed template, but to your requirements.
Consulting that starts with your processes
Understand first, configure second.
Before you go live with MMC, the consulting team analyzes your processes together with you. A dedicated contact supports you personally.
From the first analysis through to live operation.
- Improve processes before digitizing them
- One dedicated contact who knows your organization
- Room for improvement raised actively, before you ask
- Build acceptance within your team
Process optimizationWhen approvals take too long, we analyze together where the bottlenecks sit. Which approval stages are genuinely needed? Where can steps run in parallel instead of in sequence? Only then do we map the optimized workflows in the system.
Personal supportYour contact knows your structures, your stakeholders and your challenges. When new requirements come up, the conversation picks up where it left off. No repeat briefing, no loss of context.
Proactive adviceWhen we see that a workflow could run more efficiently, or that a new function fits the way you work, we say so. You do not need to know what is possible. That is our job.
Change managementA system only works when the team is behind it. We help you address concerns, show the value and build internal champions. So the rollout succeeds.

Rooted in the DACH market since 2001
From practice. For practice.
The Marketing Management Cockpit is developed and operated by NSPYR GmbH.
As the transformation consultancy of the ORT Group in Krefeld, NSPYR has been building software for marketing processes since 2001. From our own consulting work we know the pitfalls first hand: from campaign and asset development through to compliance requirements and technical auditing.
Companies such as Allianz, Deutsche Bank, SparkassenVersicherung and Mazda have therefore worked with the Marketing Management Cockpit for years. As part of an established group of companies, we work as a partner. That creates long-term continuity you can rely on.
Close to the market and its users
Understanding markets and regulation
The DACH market has requirements of its own. Regulatory frameworks such as the GDPR and industry-specific compliance are therefore a fixed part of our team's consulting work. In-person meetings are possible, and reviews take place at times when your teams are available.
Coordinated rollout. Reliable in operation.
Whether a step-by-step start or a company-wide rollout: the scope of consulting follows your plan.
During the rollout phase, reviews are held more closely together. In live operation, support adapts to your pace.
Rollout phase
The first phase is often the most intensive. Coordination needs are high and decisions carry weight. You define workflows, approval structures and permissions together with the consulting team. That gives your project a solid foundation from the start.
Live operation
Your team gains confidence and the need for consulting drops. When new requirements come up, the conversation starts from what we already know. Whether another team comes on board or workflows change: the consulting team knows your structures.
More than tool support
Dedicated contacts in every phase
When roles need to be redistributed, stakeholders brought in or internal communication around the rollout shaped, that is part of the consulting scope. A system only works when the organization stands behind it.
So you get a dedicated contact, not a ticket number. With solutions that fit the way you work.
