      For years, an in-house developed Lotus Notes solution was used to manage business-critical documents. With IBM‘s announcement to discontinue support, its „End of Life“ was reached – modernisation was inevitable.

      For content preparation, approval, and management of the numerous marketing and product documents, the company opted for the Marketing Management Cockpit (MMC). The advantage of the process-oriented approach: smoother communication and more efficient collaboration between pre-print management, marketing, and design team. And the MMC passed the stress test with the migration of more than 3,500 forms and advertising material in less than a year.
